Eric DeDominic- President, CT Engineering
Eric joined PDQ Personnel Services in May of 2001. Since 2002, Eric DeDominic has served as President, CT Engineering, the technology and specialty staffing unit of PDQ Personnel Services, Inc. He leads a Client Service team which places knowledge specialists in information technology, science, education and engineering positions for government and private sector employers. He also develops business opportunities for PDQ and is responsible for contract compliance, quality assurance plans and all aspects of customer relations. His knowledge of technological capabilities within the staffing industry help PDQ maintain its innovative edge.

During the mid 1990âÂÂs Eric was a Partner in Integrated Technical Staffing. He developed all applicant-tracking systems and created search techniques and proprietary interviewing capabilities for the firm. In addition, Eric evaluated and recommended various internet search engines, job boards and a broad range of recruiting vehicles, taking his clients into the 21st century of search and recruiting.
With heavy emphasis in the medical and technology sectors, Eric was the key Recruiter for Citigroup/e-Citi LA, and conducted numerous successful searches for financial and IT executives. His clients also included Blue Cross and Siebel as well as many of the Fortune 500.
Eric began his recruiting career in 1990 for T-Square a small staffing firm representing Artists and graphic design professionals.
